I've been meaning to produce some videos for a while to share with the world how Inzolo can help individuals and couples budget better. Truth is, I'm a little camera shy! I've started several videos. I even purchased a top of the line microphone. I just can't break out of my introverted shell to make this happen!
One day you will see me behind the camera. But for now, I need your help!
Right now we have almost 400 active users on Inzolo.com. That's not bad considering the product was released in June and has had very little marketing support. It will keep growing too!
I've been told by people in the biz that January is the biggest month for budgeting software. I believe this is likely due to 2 reasons: 1. It's New Year's resolutions time. People are making resolutions to handle their money better; 2. It's a new tax season - a good time to find something that works better.
So here's the deal. You make a video explaining how you use Inzolo and how it helps you, and you will have the opportunity to win $250!
Rules:
1. Videos should be uploaded to YouTube (this will make it easy for me to view them)
2. This should be self explanatory, but please, no vulgarity. Keep it family friendly.
3. You can make your video how ever you want - video camera, slide show, screen capture (I recommend Camtasia by techsmith.com, there is a free 30-day trial available, also, you can try out jingproject.com - a simple free alternative), or a combination of methods if you have the skills.
4. You may title your video whatever you want on YouTube, but your video description should start with a link to Inzolo "http://inzolo.com".
5. You have until January 15th to submit your video. Once you have posted it to YouTube, send me the link via email to contest@inzolo.com or post a reply to this forum thread.
I will pick the winning video and it will likely be featured on the homepage of Inzolo.com!
Payment will be made via check or PayPal - your choice.
So let the creativity begin. I look forward to seeing your work.

The purpose of this forum is for Inzolo members to gather and communicate with one another to help inspire and teach one another regarding matters of personal finance, budgeting and goals. Generally speaking, posts should be submitted in that spirit and attitude.
While we do have off-topic forums, this is not an "anything goes" type of forum. There are other forums out there of this nature. Please abide by the following rules to keep everyone happy:
- Solicitation of business is prohibited. You may post links in your footer that point to your business unless we consider it a conflict of interest with Inzolo. If you are unsure, please ask first.
- Personal attacks, harassment or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
- We strive to be a family friendly website. Please keep all comments G or PG rated. Sexually suggestive posts, no matter how light in nature they may seem, are not permitted.
- For this most part, this will be a self-policing forum but we will also employ the use of moderators. Moderators may be selected from active, trusted participants. Their service is voluntary. Please, no personal attacks on moderators decisions.
- These rules may be amended from time to time as needs arise.
Violators will be dealt with, including being banned or blacklisted.
By using the Inzolo forum you agree to be held accountable to these rules and agree to the conditions of violation.
Thanks,
Dustin Davis
